2. Custom Products

All products are custom-made based on the photos you upload.
Please ensure the image you submit is clear, high-resolution, and legally yours.

We do not edit, retouch, or modify your images unless stated.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Production time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days (varies by location)

  • Delays due to couriers, holidays, customs, or incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if production has begun.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on the website are shown in your local currency and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major payment methods through secure checkout channels.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong photo uploaded

  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

We provide free replacements only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print is defective

  • You receive the wrong product

A clear photo of the issue must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

6. User-Provided Content

You confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the photos you upload

  • Your images do not contain harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content

  • You give us permission to produce your custom product using the submitted images

We reserve the right to refuse production if the content violates our policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including product images, descriptions, graphics, and branding—is the property of Magnolia Memories and may not be copied, republished, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Magnolia Memories is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or accidental damages

  • Delays caused by shipping partners

  • Loss of data or uploaded files

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Your use of our products and services is at your own risk.
